General Description of the Program:

A specialized integrated training program that aims to provide the teacher with all the necessary skills for discovering, teaching and developing talents for people with multiple talents.

Program Rationale:

The educational supervisor is the most prominent maker of the educational institution's identity. This is reflected in the leadership of the educational team, who is entrusted with the task of upgrading the educational institution, and creating a competitive feature for it among the various educational institutions. Rather, the importance of the topic stems from a very crucial matter, which is the qualifying the generation makers. Therefore, it was necessary to pay all attention to the preparation and the making of this leader - for this great task - in light of the decline in the role of some educational institutions in preparing and qualifying educational leaders in a real way to perform their multiple roles. This program came as the first integrated practical program aimed at improving the performance of the educational leader professionally, personally and cognitively, and even providing him/her with the tools for success in these roles, in a systematic and strategic way in order to achieve the goals of the educational institution.

The General Objective of the Program:

- Providing the educational leader (supervisor) with the latest skills, knowledge and necessary tools to perform their tasks perfectly.

Number of Program Hours:

- (20) Training hours, including (4) hours of practical tests representing a graduation project.

1 Directly related cognitive tests.
2 Test measuring personal skills during the training.
3 Graduation Project
