General Description of the Program:

A specialized integrated training program aimed at providing the teacher with all the technological and educational skills necessary for an effective teaching process according to the latest technological applications.

Program Rationale:

The Corona pandemic and its consequences summarize the story. The search for a real competitive advantage for the teacher and the school is an urgent necessity from which there is no escape. Online education has become a reality, not an obligation, and the guardian feels that his children will not benefit from the usefulness of this education!! In light of learners' boredom, especially children, due to the restricted use of ineffective lecturing by many teachers, this situation undoubtedly has imposed on us actual training of the teacher on the necessary educational and technological skills in aspects related to online education, and what makes a real difference to achieve a useful interesting teacher. Therefore, this program came as the first integrated practical program that aims to improve technically the teacher's performance in order to achieve the goals of online learning.

The general objective of the program:

The general objective of the program is qualifying the teacher to perform his teaching tasks online by providing him/her with the most important practical technological skills necessary for artistic (technological) teaching.

Number of Program Hours:

- (14) Training hours are distributed over 5 days. 
- (6) Hours for an evaluation session are assigned to measure the impact of training individually at the rate of one visit for each teacher in the classroom (according to the number of teachers).
